We hosted the two-day Wind Propulsion Summit – Asia 2025 as part of Singapore Maritime Week. we expected the conference to attract over 100 maritime professionals, stakeholders and policy makers during the four sessions, actually we had over 300 join us across the 24 roundtable discussions and many more joined us for the networking sessions between those. This event was set at the midway point in the ‘Decade of Wind Propulsion’ campaign, which was launched by IWSA and it’s membership and was also held in celebration of the 10-year anniversary since the establishment of the International Windship Association.
The conference featured panel discussions, roundtables and debate on the key issues driving and hindering the uptake of wind propulsion with a focus on technologies and installation experiences, facilitation and finance, policy and dissemination pathways along with technical and regulatory matters.
We would like to thank our sponsors for the event, along with the other 15 technology and service providers who joined us with booths.
